Kitchen Helper - Immediate Hire

We are looking for an energetic individual to join our catering business as a kitchen helper/assisstant to the chefs.

Job Description:

- Prepare the Mise En Place for the chefs
- Follow recipes and make sure that all igredients are measure and prepared accurately
- Follow food safety procedure and make sure that all items are labelled and stored correctly
- Liase with vendors and suppliers and ensure that all merchandise are received in a good condition
- Cover for Cashier and make sure that all production records are printed and organized for the kitchen crew to produce to orders.
- Sort, Pack and organize bulk orders for dispatch

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 - 5 Years experience as a Commis 1.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions to the dot.
- Ability to face customers and cover for cashiers and till handlers when needed.
- Fluent in English
