Position Title: Commi – Hot Section

Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based central kitchen supporting multiple outlets and café’s.

Job Description:
- Prepare ingredients and assist with the pre-cooking preparation such as cutting, peeling, chopping, marinating, and seasoning according to the guidelines set by head chef.
- Ensure that the food is cooked to the desired quality and consistency as per assigned section standard.
- Follow the recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) provided by the chef which include measurements, cooking times, and temperature settings to ensure consistent results.
- Involved in plating and garnishing, arranging food on plates, and ensuring proper portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in their designated workstation

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and African nationals
- 40 years old and below
- At least 1 year experience in the same role
- Must be knowledgeable in SOPs and food safety handing in F&B
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
