NOI TECHNOLOGIES is a medical equipment supplying company based in Dubai and specialized in nurse call systems and devices.
We are currently hiring, and we are looking for an experienced secretary to join our team. The applicant must have experience in using computers probably and on daily basis, meeting preparation, communication with local and international companies, and welcoming and guiding guests.
Roles:
• Receive calls from different sources with the ability to speak fluently and assist the caller.
• Communication with local and international companies and customers through different communication methods.
• Welcome and greet guests visiting the company’s office.
• Prepare meetings with customers and representative of other companies
Requirements:
• The applicant must speak English and Arabic fluently.
• The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Must be flexible regarding the work timings.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have the ability to work on computer for continuous hours.

الأدوار
• استقبال المكالمات من مصادر مختلفة مع القدرة على التحدث بطلاقة ومساعدة المتصل.
• التواصل مع العملاء والشركات المحلية والعالمية من خلال وسائل الاتصال المختلفة.
• استقبال وترحيب الضيوف الذين يزورون مكتب الشركة.
• التحضير للاجتماعات مع العملاء وممثلي الشركات الأخرى
المتطلبات:
• التحدث باللغة الإنكليزية والعربية بطلاقة
• يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمة خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
• على المتقدمة أن تكون مرنة ومستجيبة لأوقات الدوام.
• يجب على المتقدمة أن تملك مهارات تواصل ممتازة .
• القدرة على استخدام الكمبيوتر لساعات متواصلة.
