We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with a background in processes and procedures

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of device hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as experience in diagnosing and repairing issues such as screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair, and other common issues. The ideal candidate will be able to develop processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and maintain a high level of quality and device reliability.

Responsibilities:
• Develop factory and warehouse process flows for efficient device management at all stages of production and validation.
• Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and key performance metrics to insure uniformity and compliance with customer requirements..
• Manage QA/QC process, monitor quality and throughput. Implement proactive enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Develop and lead training of new hires.
• Work on new projects as required.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics and repair processes including screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair, and other common issues
• Exceptional people skills and the ability to maintain a positive culture and attitude in the workplace
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of tools and systems enable maximum productivity and throughput.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering (EE, ME, PE)
• Certification in mobile device repair or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with repair management software, fixtures, and tools
• Experience in CAD, MS Office and various Analytical SW (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus including English and Mandarin/Chinese
