Summary:
Warif Landscape seeks a Business Development Specialist to support growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, client management, proposal development, and deal closing.

Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Identify landscaping opportunities and trends.
- Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify potential clients.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain client relationships.
- Proposal and Deal Closure: Create compelling proposals and close deals.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor progress and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- Proven business development or sales experience, ideally in landscaping.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and independent.
