Social Media Marketing Manager

Title: Marketing Manager *(Diversified)

Role: conduct product/market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks necessary in order to increase Mimo Studio’s sales, brand awareness and value in UAE.

Scope: Use all means necessary to promote Mimo Studio in the UAE, with specific focus on social media, offline sales, and events participation. As the marketing manager, you also need to increase customer engagement through various online platforms and maintain good relationship with clients through proper customer service and PR.

With an additional role as sales staff (Co-handling with the company COO/sales management) keep track of inventory, pricing of products, receiving orders, processing payments, arranging deliveries, making sales reports and accounting.

1. Product research: find out what products will sell in UAE and make proper order requests.
2. Keep proper inventory of products and updating products.
3. Make inventory reports every week.
4. Create weekly sales plan, marketing plan (including contents plan on social media) and share with the team.
5. Send weekly newsletters to clients.
6. Manage all company social media accounts and make necessary backups including photos and files.
7. Be sure that all orders are delivered on time and payments/refunds/item returns are properly tracked and logged.
8. Always respond to customer inquiries in timely manner including emails and DMs.
9. Manage company homepage and make necessary updates when needed.
10. Conduct daily/weekly Zoom meetings with Korea office
