HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.

2. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

3. Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations, preparing paperwork, and facilitating the completion of employment forms. Assist with offboarding activities, such as exit interviews and collecting company property.

4. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure timely processing of enrollment, changes, and terminations.

5. HR Policy and Compliance: Help maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Distribute and communicate HR policies to employees and assist in employee training sessions on HR-related topics.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and employment laws is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
