About the Role…
As a Leasing and Sales consultants your main responsibilities will include; not limited to:
• Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
• Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
• Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
• Matching clients to specific properties then arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
• Maintain regular contact with all clients.
Skills Required
• Dubai real estate experience Desirable / Freshers are also welcome
• RERA license [desirable]
• UAE car license [desirable]
• Nationality Preference –We believe in diversity and love to work with different nationalities
