Job Description:
- Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services
- Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints.
- Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc.
- Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.
- Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asians and European nationals
- Female, 25 to 39 y/o
- Minimum of 1 year experience – open to home country BPO experience
- Must be highly presentable
- Fluent in English communication
