- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Engage potential customers in effective and persuasive conversations to build interest and secure sales appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
