**Responsibilities:**

* Plan and prepare daily meals for the household that adhere to specific dietary requirements and preferences.
* Create a diverse and seasonal menu, which should include daily meals, occasional events, and special occasions.
* Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including maintaining kitchen supplies, equipment, cleanliness, and safety.
* Shop for groceries while focusing on quality and budget.
* Work collaboratively with other domestic staff.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

**Requirements:**

* Culinary degree or equivalent work experience in high-end restaurants or private households.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal Chef or similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of various cuisines, dietary needs, and restrictions.
* Proficiency in preparing both casual and formal culinary presentations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must have a valid driver's license.

**Preferred:**

* Food Handlers Certificate.
* Experience with specific dietary regimens such as vegan, gluten-free, paleo, or allergen-free cooking.
