Salary: up to 2.5K QAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus free accommodation, transportation, duty meals, centralized tips & paid OT

About the Client:
A 5-star hotel with outstanding resort facilities and high-end dining options overlooking the Persian Gulf in the West Bay area of Doha, Qatar.

Job Description:
- Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
- Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/residents/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed.
- Gather, summarize, and utilize information about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Keep track of changes in room status (e.g., early check-out, late check-out, room transfer, unexpected stay over) for Housekeeping.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- 35 years old and below
- Diploma or any relevant certificates
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role from 4-5 star hotel
- Open to overseas particularly in GCC
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
