Admin and Accounting Assistant

Manufacturing Industry based in Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai is looking for a Admin office executive / Accounts Assistant to perform various admin, business support and accounting tasks including phone calls and correspondence, Communication to Write Business letters and emails, Accounting/Data Entries, Record Keeping, handling administrative requests and queries from the Manager and Assist office team members with their activities.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and spoken communication abilities, strong organizational aptitude to handle multiple tasks, and a familiarity with accounting principles and MS Office

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically for the purpose of creating spreadsheets and documents is required for this role.
