Duties & Responsibilities :
• Record daily employee clock-in and clock-out times through manual or electronic timekeeping systems.
• Monitor and document breaks, lunches, and overtime hours worked.
• Ensure that timekeeping entries are accurate and in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Ensure the accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records.
• Responsible for packing, pricing, labelling, and returning supplies.
• Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
• Helping the sales team by loading and offloading the stocks daily.
• Helping the sales team with the delivery process if needed.
• -Should be well-versed with MS Office / Excel / computer packages
• -Should have good knowledge of maintaining stock data / inventory management
