A very well-established wedding dresses brand is seeking a full-time fashion designer with a proven track record of hands-on experience in making couture wedding dresses. Cutting experience is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in making hand beaded wedding and evening dresses.
- Able to take design direction and input from the design director and convert it onto a drawing and eventually make it a reality using the help of the team.
- Creative design thinking, experimenting with new material and designs, etc.
- Sitting with the clients (for customized dresses), taking their input, understanding their dress requirements very well, sketching the design, drawing the patterns, etc.
- Knowledge in directing the beading and tailoring teams.
- Cutting experience is a plus.
- Being up-to-date on the current local and international wedding dress design trends.
- Going to the market to source the needed fabrics.
- Going to the fabrics market to explore the laces available to get ideas on what to use for the collection of wedding dresses, etc
