We are looking for a qualified Sales Admin to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support sales representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process orders via email or phone
* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
* Maintain and update sales and customer records
* Develop monthly sales report
* Communication important feedback from customers
* Stay up-to-date with new products and features
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
* Proven work experience as Sales administrator or Sales support agent
* Hands on Microsoft Word and Excel
* Good Communication verbal and written skills
* Good multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Flexible to working hours schedule
* At least 30 years old and above
* Can join immediately
