A very well-established wedding dresses brand is seeking a full-time fashion designer with a proven track record of hands-on experience in making couture wedding dresses. Cutting experience is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in making hand beaded wedding and evening dresses.
Able to take design direction and input from the design director and convert it onto a drawing and eventually make it a reality using the help of the team.
Creative design thinking, experimenting with new material and designs, etc.
Sitting with the clients (for customized dresses), taking their input, understanding their dress requirements very well, sketching the design, drawing the patterns, etc.
Knowledge in directing the beading and tailoring teams.
Being up-to-date on the current local and international wedding dress design trends.
Going to the market to source the needed fabrics.
Going to the fabrics market to explore the laces available to get ideas on what to use for the collection of wedding dresses, etc
