Sales Executives Develop new business, both inside & outside of our current client base. They are experts at illustrating to clients how our Company supports their growth through signage and branding.
Customers can be business-to-business (B2B) such as architects, designers, construction companies, retail, banking, museum and Malls. Or business-to-consumer (B2C) and include wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, businesses and individuals.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver Proposals & Presentation Packages for clients.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborates with Internal Staff to Support the Design, Estimating, Project Management, &
Operations Processes.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Achieve Sales objectives through effective coordination with all internal stake holders including and
not limited to Estimation, tender, purchase, production etc.
• Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Sales Plan.
Requirement:
• Earned a Degree in a Related Field.
• Already have 3-5 Years of Demonstrated Success in Business-to-Business Sales in same field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Capable of Working Non-Traditional Hours, as is Common in Sales.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
