Summary of Essential Job Functions for Admin Coordinator:

- Works closely and supervised by Sales /Branch Manager,
- Prepares and submits reports, as required by the Director of Sales/Branch Manager,
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team and responsible of all the sales team filing system,
- Responsible for monitoring, providing assistant and support to the Operator with answering the leads inquiries, preparing of leads file and receiving daily feedback from the Real Estate Agents,
- Responsible for Daily Leads Report entered by the Operator,
- Responsible for receiving the transaction documents from the Sales Agent and forwarding them to the Accountant,
- Entering leads on paper and then updating on the CRM,
- Preparing daily Leads Report and updating on CRM,
- Updating Property portals,
- Listing units for the agents on CRM,
- Restoring draft units for the agents,
- Checking the quality of listings on CRM,
- Preparing reports for the Department Manager (Listing reports, Monthly Projection, etc),
- Support the agents in preparing transfers for the Land Department,
- Closing transactions and ensuring all paperwork is provided for the Transaction Closing Report (TCR) as per the checklist,
- Preparing Tenancy contract for agents when required,

Key Requirements:
- Should be well versed in MS Office
- Should be able to join immediately
- Should have at least 1 year of Administrative experience in Real Estate
- Should be physically based in UAE at the moment

Package and other details:

-Salary: AED 4,000-5,000 plus Quarter Bonus (every 3 months)

-Work Schedule: 5 days a week (2 days off)
