We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies across all HR operations.
• Manage employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration processes in collaboration with PROs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, visas, and other legal documentation.
• Provide guidance on UAE labor law updates and their impact on company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with legal requirements.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on local labor laws and immigration regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law, including DIFC/ADGM laws (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in managing visa and immigration processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
