About Prvnt Prvnt is a premium preventive and longevity clinic focused on catching disease early and extending healthspan, not just treating illness when it appears. We combine physician-led care, advanced diagnostics, continuous monitoring (wearables, CGM, lab trends), and high-touch coaching to help our members live longer, stronger, and healthier lives. In Dubai, we are building a flagship center that blends functional medicine, precision diagnostics, and concierge care for high-performing individuals, families, and executives. Role Overview We’re looking for a Functional Medicine Doctor who is obsessed with root-cause thinking and proactive care. You will lead clinical care for Prvnt members in Dubai—digging deep into history, lifestyle, environment, and biology to design personalized, long-term health strategies. You’ll work closely with health coaches, nutritionists, and data from wearables/CGM to move beyond “normal labs” and help patients reverse risks, optimize performance, and prevent chronic disease. What You’ll Do1. Clinical Care & Root-Cause Medicine Conduct comprehensive functional medicine assessments: detailed history, systems review, lifestyle and environmental factors. Identify underlying drivers of symptoms and chronic conditions (metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, gut, sleep, stress, etc.). Design personalized care plans including nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplementation, medications, and behavior change. Run regular follow-ups (in-clinic and virtual) to review progress, adjust protocols, and keep members accountable.2. Advanced Diagnostics & Data-Driven Practice Order and interpret advanced labs & investigations (comprehensive blood panels, hormones, cardiometabolic markers, gut health, micronutrients, etc.). Integrate data from wearables, CGM, and other devices into your clinical decision-making. Collaborate with our tech/AI tools to flag early risk patterns and refine care pathways.3. Team-Based Care & Collaboration Work closely with health/functional coaches, nutrition experts, and fitness professionals to deliver unified care. Participate in weekly case reviews and protocol development with the wider clinical team. Help create standardized yet personalized pathways for key conditions (metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, PCOS, long COVID, burnout, etc.).4. Member Experience & Concierge-Level Care Provide a calm, attentive, white-glove experience for high-expectation clients. Communicate complex concepts clearly and simply; empower patients instead of overwhelming them. Maintain high standards of documentation, follow-through, and responsiveness.5. Quality, Safety & Compliance (Dubai / UAE) Practice in full alignment with DHA / UAE regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate, thorough documentation in our EMR and digital systems. Support the development of clinical SOPs, consent workflows, and safety guidelines.6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Contribute to new program design (e.g., longevity tracks, corporate programs, specialty protocols). Stay current with functional medicine and longevity research; bring evidence-backed innovation into practice. Provide feedback to product/tech teams to improve our AI tools and patient platform. Who You Are Education & Licensing MBBS / MD (or equivalent) from a recognized institution. Residency / specialization in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Functional/Integrative Medicine, or related field. Licensed or eligible for licensing with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or other UAE regulatory bodies. Functional / Integrative Background Formal training or certification in Functional / Integrative Medicine (e.g., IFM or equivalent) is highly preferred, or strong demonstrable experience practicing a root-cause, systems biology approach.5+ years of post-qualification clinical experience, with at least 2 years in functional / integrative, lifestyle, or preventive medicine preferred. Skills & Mindset Deep belief in prevention, lifestyle medicine, and data-driven care. Comfortable working with advanced labs, wearables, CGM and longitudinal data. Strong communicator: able to build trust quickly with high-profile, time-poor patients. Empathetic, non-judgmental, and curious; you listen more than you lecture. Comfortable in a startup / fast-evolving environment where you help build processes, not just follow them. Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or South Asian languages are a plus. What We Offer The chance to help build one of the most advanced preventive & longevity clinics in the region. Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives; potential for equity/ESOP for the right candidate. Access to cutting-edge diagnostics, tools, and technology. Close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team obsessed with preventive health and longevity. A mission-driven environment where you can practice medicine the way you always wanted: time-rich, root-cause, deeply personalized.
