Location: UAEExperience Required: Minimum 5 years in the UAE market Industry: Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ERP / Digital Transformation Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help grow our Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice in the UAE. The ideal candidate is someone who already understands the local market, knows how to approach enterprise clients, and has a solid track record of generating qualified leads within the technology or ERP space. This role is not for beginners. We’re looking for someone who can confidently open doors, identify real opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Generate high-quality leads for Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Power Platform, and Managed Services). Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across UAE enterprises. Conduct market research to identify potential accounts and emerging opportunities. Manage the full lead-generation cycle—from outreach to qualification to meeting setup. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations. Maintain accurate CRM updates and provide regular pipeline reports. Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Requirements Minimum 5 years of business development or lead-generation experience in the UAE. Strong understanding of ERP or enterprise technology sales (Dynamics 365 experience is a plus). Established network with CIOs, CFOs, IT leaders, or procurement teams in the UAE is highly preferred. Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills. Proven ability to deliver qualified opportunities—not just outreach volume. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
