Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs. Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, Linked In, and other tools. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.
What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Legal, HR, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Individual should be based in Dubai
