We are looking for a proactive and driven Brand Manager who can lead brand strategy, strengthen equity, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that boost awareness, trial, and loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects across digital, trade, and consumer channels.
Key Responsibilities Transform consumer insights into winning brand strategies Develop & execute annual brand plans and campaigns Lead ATL, BTL, digital, and social media activations Drive channel marketing initiatives across Modern & Traditional Trade Oversee product launches, promotions, and brand events Manage agency partners (Media, PR, Creative, Digital) Monitor brand performance and deliver analytical reports Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance teams
Qualification Requirement Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG Brand Management (UAE preferred) Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects Experience in multi-brand or fast-paced FMCG environments Passionate about brand building, consumer behaviour, and market trends
