The Middle East practice has grown double-digit for several years and now works on a high volume of mid- to large-cap M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates across sectors including technology, healthcare, consumer, industrials, financial services and energy transition. The Dubai office acts as a regional hub, covering UAE, KSA, Qatar and wider GCC markets and maintains long-standing relationships with sovereign entities, conglomerates, family groups and private equity funds. Deal flow is consistently strong, supported by record inbound FDI and an active regional private markets ecosystem.Role responsibilities:Origination support: screening opportunities, preparing pitches, identifying regional buyers, sellers and investors M&A execution: lead workstreams across financial analysis, modelling, valuations, due-diligence coordination, process management and negotiation support Strategic advisory: contribute to feasibility studies, market assessments, capital structure analysis and corporate strategy assignments Client management: maintain direct contact with senior client stakeholders, manage expectations and ensure high-quality deliverables Team leadership: manage analysts/associates, drive internal quality standards, support recruitment and training of junior staff Cross-border collaboration: work with sector and valuation specialists across EMEA to deliver integrated advisory solutionsCandidate profile:5–10 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance or transaction advisory from Big Four, investment banking, boutique advisory or sovereign/PE environments Strong modelling and valuation skills, ability to run full workstreams independently Experience in GCC transactions is an advantage, but not mandatory Comfort working with diversified clients: sovereign entities, family offices, multinationals, and regional corporates Clear communication skills and ability to operate in a high-intensity, relationship-driven environmentOpportunity:High visibility across the region’s most active M&A markets with exposure to UAE and KSA blue-chip clients Strong deal pipeline and access to regional mega-projects and transformation programs Pathway to Director level within a growing practice International environment with mobility across EMEA projects Competitive tax-free compensation structure
