Location: Dubai, UAEExperience: Minimum 12+ years in architectural consultancy or developer environment in Dubai (mandatory) Language: Arabic and English speaking (preferred) Salary: Open (standard UAE benefits apply) Role overview:Lead and manage the architectural design studio, overseeing day-to-day operations including team leadership, workflow control, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structural, MEP). Serve as main client contact for presentations, approvals, and project management from concept to IFC. Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, regulations, and approval processes. Support business development and enforce internal design standards to drive studio performance and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities:Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team of 8+, ensuring integrated design outputs and quality assurance. Coordinate with clients, Dubai authorities, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines. Oversee all phases of design, from conceptualization through to construction documentation and IFC deliverables. Review and validate architectural and engineering outputs for consistency, technical correctness, and compliance. Manage studio operations, KPIs, and resource allocation for efficient project delivery. Lead proposal preparation and support business development activities. Candidate profile:Bachelor’s degree in architecture (advance certifications preferred). Proven leadership experience in managing architectural design studios or consultancy teams in Dubai. In-depth knowledge of Dubai codes, authorities, and project approval pipelines. Proficient in client relationship management and presentation skills. Arabic and English fluency required.
