We are seeking an experienced Projects Lead – Operations to support one of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic cultural flagship projects. This role sits within the Operations Department and will oversee key workstreams across Facilities Management, Security, and HSE, ensuring operational readiness for a landmark museum destination.???? About the Role The Projects Lead will drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational projects that ensure the museum meets world-class standards in safety, security, and facility operations. Working closely with internal teams, consultants, and external partners, the role ensures all operational requirements are integrated into project plans and successfully executed ahead of opening.???? Key Responsibilities Lead operational workstreams related to FM, Security, and HSE, ensuring compliance, readiness, and alignment with organizational standards. Review operational designs, technical requirements, and project proposals to ensure all safety and facility needs are addressed. Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans for all assigned operational projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and efficient problem-solving. Support operational commissioning, testing, handovers, and activation activities leading up to opening. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership on progress, risks, and operational readiness. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across policies, processes, and operational systems.???? What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s & master’s degree (Masters preferred) in Culture, Arts Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or any other decree within relevant industry.10–15 years of experience in operations, facility management, HSE, or security project delivery, ideally in museums, cultural sites, airports, or large public venues. Strong project management capabilities (PMP preferred). Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary stakeholders and technical consultants. Excellent planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in complex, fast-moving environments.
