This high-impact role bridges finance, operations, and operator partners—helping to drive consistency across programs, support operator renewals, and assist in business reviews.Key Responsibilities:Support the leadership team in implementing partner strategies aimed at increasing volume growth, revenue, profit, and brand consistency globally. Assist with business cases, profitability analysis, P&L modeling, forecasts, and budgets for the Global Operator Channel. Collaborate with regional leads and commercial development managers to ensure standardized channel metrics and consistency across programs. Support operator renewals and help maintain consistency with the commercial model. Assist in preparing annual business plans and quarterly business reviews with operator partners, monitoring KPIs and business performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Work with airline, product, and technology teams, as well as finance teams, to support accurate and complete reporting.Ideal Candidate:Flexible, agile, and eager to learn, with a keen interest in profitability analysis, commercial planning, and modeling. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Holds a degree or equivalent from a recognized university and demonstrates excellent written and spoken English and Arabic. Experience 0-3 years
