In this role, you will lead ticketing and admissions operations, oversee staff scheduling, maintain service and operational standards, and ensure a smooth guest experience. To ensure all ticketing area and facility is always clean and presentable. Managing staff schedules including opening, closing and breaks are being efficiently scheduled. To ensure all Ticketing staff always delivers a high level of interaction with the guests and manages guest flow and experience in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner always. To ensure the enforcement of SOP and provide crowd control in a friendly manner necessary to ensure guest safety and provide an enjoyable experience. To manage the smooth operation of the department and monitor all ticketing assets (hardware & software) are always in highest performance. To communicate and work together closely with IT department, during network/digital issues and to ensure operation will not be impacted by the situation. To work closely with other departments to ensure smooth running of the facility. To manage the ordering and display of promotional brochures and signage as required. To ensure all stock and consumables are presented in an efficient and eye-catching manner, whilst complying with health and safety regulations. To ensure that scheduled staff are on time, professionally presented and fully prepared for their shift. To run reports and complete end of day reports. To manage complaints, online booking issues, payment issues to ensure a positive outcome.
