Drive Process Excellence: Lead process improvements, upgrades, and implement new functionalities to boost efficiency. Full Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the entire application lifecycle – from day-to-day user support to strategic planning and executing upgrades for an optimized employee experience from hire to exit.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Core HR & Self Service Supporting day-to-day user assistance, process enhancements, upgrades, integrations, new functionalities Providing insightful reports and data analysis Efficiently managing bulk data importsAbsence Management Supporting day-to-day user assistance, process optimization, upgrade planning and execution, new absence types and workflows. Tracking trends and analyzing leave patterns. Ensuring accurate bulk data imports for absences.Goal & Performance Management:Guiding users through goal setting and performance reviews, facilitating feedback exchanges, supporting goal alignment. Streamlining workflows, automating tasks, improving user experience. Planning and executing system upgrades seamlessly. Generating insightful reports on goal progress and performance outcomes. Managing bulk data imports for goals and performance data.Payroll Management:Addressing payroll inquiries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring timely and accurate payouts. Automating calculations, integrating with financial systems, optimizing payroll processes. Ensuring smooth payroll system upgrades with minimal disruption. Generating detailed payroll reports and analyzing data for optimization.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:Bachelors degree in relevant field 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support is required for an ERP-HCM Specialist role. Additionally, Experience working with specific ERP-HCM systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP Success Factors, Workday, or similar platforms may be preferred, depending on the organization's technology stack.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:Oracle Fusion HCM Functional: Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, HR Help Desk, Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Guided Learning, and Payroll Management. Oracle Fusion HCM – Technical: OTBI, BI, Alert Composer, HSDL, Autocomplete Rules, Sandboxes, Fast Formulas. Oracle EBS HRMS Functional: Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Oracle Time and Labor, and Payroll Management. Oracle EBS Technical Skills: BI Reports & Alerts, Interfaces & Conversions, Extensions & SQL*Loader, Data Definition Reports, Formula Functions & User Hooks, Packages, Functions, and Fast Formulas. Oracle EBS Cross Functional modules: Inventory, Purchase Order, Account Payables, Order Management, Account Receivables, General Ledger and Microsoft Power BI development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).WORK LOCATION: Dubai Industrial City (DIC)
