The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is looking for a Chief Specialist in Infrastructure Systems Operations Monitoring to join our dynamic IT team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of IT security policies, risk controls, and cybersecurity standards Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISR, ISO 27701, etc. Implement security tools and infrastructure including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), endpoint protection, and encryption technologies Collaborate across RTA sectors to integrate security into all IT infrastructure and systems Develop and lead incident response plans Mentor junior security staff and engage with regulatory bodies and external partners Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISMStrong expertise in Infrastructure Security Audits, Application Security, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), and Information Security Regulation Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure security
