Manager – Partnerships (UAE Nationals Only)

The Manager – Partnerships role is responsible for leading the development, evaluation, and management of strategic partnerships with local government entities and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with RTA’s objectives and enhancing institutional performance through collaborative engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans for partnership management aligned with organizational goals. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing partnerships and recommend improvements. Draft and oversee memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in line with RTA protocols and governance policies. Coordinate with internal departments to establish partnership-related policies, regulations, and procedures. Measure the impact of partnership initiatives using relevant KPIs and feedback mechanisms. Ensure unified and consistent engagement with partners across the organization. Identify and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities that support RTA’s mission.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, or a related field from a recognized university. At least 10 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder relations, or strategic planning. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving results through collaboration. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications.
