Our flagship store is located in Dubai Downtown.Role Description We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our B2B partnerships across Dubai and internationally. This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly motivated sales professional who understands premium brands and knows how to generate and close high-quality leads.You will be responsible for:Acquiring new B2B clients (hotels, offices, luxury venues, corporate partners) Managing the full sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → proposals → closing Building long-term client relationships Representing MR JADE at a premium, luxury-brand standard Supporting the expansion of the MR JADE brand in the UAE and globallyQualificationsStrong experience in Sales or Business Development Hospitality, F&B, or luxury brand background is an advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident in closing deals and managing partnerships Professional appearance and premium mindset Self-driven, organized, and target-orientedCompensationCompetitive base salary Attractive, performance-based commission (uncapped) Quarterly bonuses for achieved KPIsGrowth opportunities within a fast-expanding international brandIf you are a driven sales professional who wants to grow with a premium international brand, we would be happy to hear from you.
