As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance Department, specifically supporting the sales side of the business. If you have the drive, dedication, and attention to detail to support both the team and our valued clients, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable;Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (profit/loss, cash flow, revenue);Posses good knowledge of VAT, FTA rules and regulations and Corporate Tax and AML;Oversee invoicing, assist with VAT compliance and Corporate Income Tax (CIT);Record entries for expenses and incomes while ensuring the reconciliation of all files;Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis;Handle WPS for salary processing and ensure accurate employee payments;Provide detailed revenue and profitability reports to the Finance Manager;Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants, preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with financial laws;Maintain excellent data management and reporting systems, leveraging tools like Excel and Quick Books;Collaborate effectively with all the teams, ensuring open and clear communication.We Offer:Passionate Team: Join a motivated, goal-driven, and down-to-earth team committed to achieving exceptional results within a supportive work culture. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, CIT, AML and WPS processes. Candidates must be based in Dubai and available immediately. Skills:Proficiency in Excel, Quick Books or similar online tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with the ability to handle complex reconciliations, audits and AML. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
