This is an early-stage equity-only role (standard 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) for an entrepreneurial leader who can build and own the entire sales strategy from scratch. Who We Are Looking For A proven B2B Saa S enterprise sales leader with deep knowledge of the accounting, auditing, or fintech industry. You must be deeply familiar with the complex sales cycles to finance departments and, ideally, have existing connections within the crypto-native business ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Architect and execute the full B2B sales strategy, focusing on complex, enterprise-level deals. Target Client Acquisition: Identify, prioritize, and relentlessly pursue our core client segments: Major Accounting Firms (Audit/Tax), Auditors, CFOs, and Finance Managers of crypto companies and Web3 projects. GTM Infrastructure: Establish foundational sales processes, select and set up the CRM, define pipeline reporting, forecasting methodologies, and pricing models. Consultative Selling: Position Crypta Count's solution by articulating complex regulatory and accounting compliance value to highly educated financial professionals. Alignment with Marketing: Work closely with Marketing to refine Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, optimize lead quality, and accelerate conversions. Ecosystem Authority: Stay completely up-to-date with crypto accounting standards, regulatory updates, and the competitive landscape to consultatively guide prospects. Future Team Building: Hire, train, and manage the first sales hires as the company secures funding and scales. Qualifications8+ years in B2B Saa S sales, with a clear focus on complex, high-ACV enterprise deals. Essential experience selling compliance, audit tech, complex fintech, or accounting software. Strong Network Advantage: A demonstrably strong network and experience selling directly to accounting firms, financial auditors, or corporate finance departments. Solid technical understanding of crypto assets, exchanges, wallets, and the regulatory drivers behind digital asset accounting. Entrepreneurial, results-driven, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate independently and define the GTM path.
