You focus on generating new business; we handle all client work, delivery, and support.What You’ll Do:Identify and connect with prospective real estate developers, mining companies, and investors Pitch ORBIS’s high-value advisory and investment services and set qualified meetings Manage prospect pipelines and hand off clients to our delivery team Collaborate with ORBIS leadership to optimise outreach and closing strategiesYour Earnings:15% instant commission on onboarding fees ($1,500 fee = $225 commission) Recurring commission on client retainers ($3,000 minimum retainer) with tiered rates based on your total revenue introduced:7% monthly retainer commission up to $50k revenue12% monthly retainer commission from $50k to $100k18% monthly retainer commission from $100k to $250k20% commission on all personal revenue beyond $250k"No cap on earnings.
