Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM product (entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and configuration) Excellent in communication, documentation, and articulation skills Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document. Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects Functional testing of the implemented CRM system Provide end user training. Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective Client facing, assertive, excellent communication. Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp.
