The User Experience Design Specialist will focus on improving user experiences across digital platforms. Responsibilities include conducting user research, designing intuitive user interfaces, creating prototypes, and applying design thinking principles to develop innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will ensure all designs align with user needs and company goals.Qualifications Must have a portfolio showcasing their work Must be familiar with color grading, vectors, color palettes, and design techniques Create side to design a website and app from scratch Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software Familiar with Wix Proficiency in User Experience Design (UED), Visual Design, and creating user-centered digital experiences Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research to develop insights and innovative solutions Experience with Prototyping and creating interactive, responsive design mockups Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of current trends in digital product design is a plus
