Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi as a Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering tailored investment advice, and managing client portfolios. The role includes conducting property viewings, generating leads, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property transaction process. In addition, the Property Advisor will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to meet performance goals and contribute to the company's success. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in Property Management and Investments with a solid understanding of the real estate market. Basic knowledge or experience in Finance and the ability to provide strategic investment advice. Proficiency in negotiation, time management, and exceptional organizational skills. Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to fast-paced environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
