We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and are seeking a Growth Officer to help support our team in The United Arab Emirates.The Role:As a Growth Officer at Mbrace, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' needs. Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or a related role within an agency environment. Agency experience is a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
