This role focuses on empowering customers through education, troubleshooting, and strategic enablement to help them achieve maximum value from our platforms. Responsibilities You Will Oversee Client Enablement & Onboarding Guide new customers through setup, product configuration, and best practices tailored to their business goals. Daily Support & Issue Resolution Address inquiries related to platform functionality, campaign setups, and integration workflows. Collaborate with product and engineering teams when technical issues require escalation. Ad Performance Guidance Assist clients in understanding key metrics, optimization opportunities, and platform features that drive results. Customer Relationship Growth Maintain strong rapport with users, proactively identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and satisfaction. Documentation & Insights Sharing Capture recurring issues, contribute to knowledge base resources, and relay customer insights to internal teams. Who We’re Looking For Experience supporting digital advertising, Mar Tech, or Saa S-based solutions. Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals (search, social, programmatic, or performance platforms). Excellent problem-solving ability with clear, empathetic communication skills. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple customer threads in a part-time remote environment. Tech-savvy mindset with comfort learning new systems and tools quickly.
