As a Marketing Manager at Alrawdah Springs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and company growth. Key responsibilities include planning and executing advertising campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing digital marketing initiatives, and overseeing marketing budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content, identify market opportunities, and engage with customers to enhance their experience and loyalty.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligned with our company goals. Lead brand-building initiatives to increase visibility and market presence. Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other platforms. Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads) and monitor performance. Manage website updates, SEO, and online engagement for rswater.ae. Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launch activities. Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead-generation campaigns. Create and manage customer feedback, satisfaction, and loyalty programs. Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide actionable insights. Manage the marketing budget and prepare regular performance reports.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience (FMCG preferred). Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising. Experience in content creation, branding, and campaign management. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Experience with Word Press, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic design tools. Arabic and English fluency is preferred.
