???? We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Specialists (UAE) Our Client is hiring to help grow their footprint across hospitality, F&B, retail, leisure and event venues. Early focus: restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, hotels and multi-outlet F&B groups. What You’ll DoOwn a full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, demos, proposals + closing Drive revenue by signing new outlets and venue partners Maintain clean pipeline management + CRM accuracy (Hub Spot) Work with Partner Enablement for smooth onboarding after closing Engage decision-makers, uncover operational pain points and position the brand as a high-impact solution What We’re Looking For Strong English + confident communicator Commercially minded, persuasive and target-driven Highly organised with strong pipeline + CRM discipline Tech-comfortable and proactive with high ownership Bachelor's degree + UAE work eligibility Nice to Have Experience in sales, customer service, telesales or activations Familiarity with Hub Spot Interest in hospitality, F&B, retail or venue operations UAE driving license + car Compensation Early earnings around AED 5,000/month (base + performance input incentive) Top performers exceed AED 10,000+/month within 10–12 months through commission on revenue accounts If you’re ambitious, resilient and excited to close deals in a fast-growing tech environment, we want to hear from you.
