Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PCN. RTFI position, based in Kerala, India. The responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing network performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system efficiency. The role requires identifying and resolving problems in real-time, providing critical support, managing system upgrades, and fully documenting procedures for future reference. The employee will also work collaboratively with fellow team members to enhance network and system performance. Qualifications Technical expertise in Computer Networking, System Performance Analysis, and Infrastructure Maintenance. Strong ability in Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving for technical challenges. Proficiency in Documentation and Analysis techniques with excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining high professionalism and adaptability. Hands-on experience in similar roles; relevant certifications in networking are advantageous.
