Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Junior Barista at Noodles Bowl restaurant, located in Zayed Military City. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include setting up equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, taking orders, handling cash, restocking supplies, and assisting senior baristas as needed. You will also be expected to adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing coffee and tea beverages, and willingness to learn and improve barista skills Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests Basic math and cash handling skills for processing transactions accurately Attention to detail and cleanliness to ensure a sanitary and organized work environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for providing excellent service Previous experience as a barista or in food service is a plus but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred
