Derflan is seeking a Partner Development Manager – Distribution (EMEA) to join our consulting team supporting a large global technology client in the cloud and infrastructure ecosystem. This consultant will focus on accelerating adoption of 8i Amazon EC2 instances across leading cloud distributors and their downstream partners. The ideal candidate has experience in cloud partnerships, distributor-led go-to-market strategy, partner sales acceleration, and multi-stakeholder coordination in fast-paced, highly technical environments.This is a high-impact opportunity to influence regional cloud consumption strategy, scale partner-led growth across EMEA, and work directly with distribution teams driving AWS migration, MAP utilization, Marketplace adoption, and ISV acceleration.AWS experience is highly preferred. Build and execute joint GTM strategies with distributors across the Middle East and EMEA. Accelerate MAP wins by enabling distributors with migration competencies and extending MAP benefits to downstream partners. Develop partner programs supporting ISV recruitment, onboarding, Marketplace listing, and workload migration. Partner with sales, partner development teams, and industry stakeholders to identify high-potential cloud opportunities. Support growth of greenfield, unmanaged, and long-tail customer segments through distributor scale. Align activities with regional cloud adoption priorities and ecosystem expansion goals across the Middle East and EMEA.Execution & Operational Responsibilities Build out joint Strategic Collaboration Agreements (SCAs) across distributors, focusing on instance refresh campaigns, MAP acceleration, Marketplace growth, and demand generation. Drive lead-generation activities targeting ISVs, SIs, VARs, and resellers adopting cloud workloads on Intel-based EC2 instances. Collaborate with cloud architects and technical teams to articulate 8i EC2 instance value for priority workloads. Support distributor teams in migrating ISVs to Marketplace and scaling validated offerings. Work closely with sales and capture teams to align pipeline, support RFIs, and influence competitive positioning. Provide strategic input into distributor marketing plans and demand-generation campaigns aligned to cloud and infrastructure goals. Consolidate reporting and insights on EC2 8i consumption and pipeline across distributor networks.Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in cloud alliances, partner development, distribution channels, or cloud GTM roles. AWS experience is highly preferred. Experience working with or supporting a large global technology organization (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Intel, Oracle, NVIDIA, or similar). Demonstrated ability to drive cloud adoption, build joint GTM plans, and execute partner-led motions. Strong communication, partner management, and executive engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Self-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and follow-through.Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS Distribution, AWS Marketplace, MAP programs, or cloud migration initiatives. Semiconductor or infrastructure-related GTM experience (Intel experience is a plus). Demonstrated ability to drive partner-led revenue growth and high-ROI cloud acceleration programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for partner audiences.
