The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media design, branding, digital creatives, and AI-powered design tools. You will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that elevate our brands and connect with diverse audiences across multiple digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality visual content for digital platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, websites, and digital ads. Create engaging social media creatives such as posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, banners, and basic motion assets. Develop brand-aligned visuals for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and corporate communications. Utilise AI design tools to enhance creativity, speed up workflows, and experiment with new visual styles and formats. Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to develop strong visual concepts. Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually impactful, and aligned with campaign objectives. Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining consistency. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.RequirementsProven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum 3–5 years). Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding work, and digital marketing creatives. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.). Solid understanding of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements. Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language is a strong advantage). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsBasic motion graphics or animated content skills. Experience in branding, visual identity systems, and campaign design. Creativity in developing social-first, engagement-driven visuals. Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural nuances is a plus.
