Position Summary A small start-up in Abu Dhabi is seeking a reliable and highly organized Data Entry Assistant to help manage digital documentation, expense entries, and tracking tasks across several accounts. This is a mostly remote hourly role, approximately 10 hours per week. The Data Entry Assistant will be essential in ensuring all financial records are entered accurately and confidentially. They must have a proven track record of excellent judgment, discretion, and integrity when managing sensitive information.Day-to-day Responsibilities Collect and organize receipts and documents sent via email or messaging apps. Input, update, and maintain accurate expense information in a digital system and company databases. Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry. Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any discrepancies. Track reimbursements and follow up when needed. Maintain simple weekly summaries or generate reports of completed and pending items as needed. Request missing documents from clinics, offices, or service providers. Organize and maintain electronic filing systems. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and comply with data protection protocols.Apply For This Role If You Are... Have excellent work ethic, can’t stand being idle.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Excellent typing with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Experience with Concur is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good written English and fluency in English. Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check. Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Note: No prior experience with expense systems is required — training will be provided. We are looking for genuine organization and detail-orientation.Compensation This is an hourly role, approximately 10 hours per week. Compensation for the role is an hourly rate of AED 20.25/hour. Full training will be provided, and strict confidentiality is required.
