Job Summary:The Cook will be responsible for preparing our food menu items, with a special focus on our popular ""Hidden Wagyu Burger."" You will manage your station, maintain our high standards of quality and cleanliness, and work closely with our cafe team to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook all food menu items according to our recipes and quality standards. Grill burgers and prepare other hot dishes with precision and consistency. Manage food preparation tasks, including chopping ingredients and making sauces. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment at all times. Monitor inventory levels for your station and report any shortages. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills:Kitchen Experience: You must have proven experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen, restaurant, or cafe. Burger Expertise: You must know how to prepare and cook high-quality burgers. Valid UAE Visa: You must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to transfer. Food Safety: Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures. Team Player: Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
