Following the success of The Origin Collection, we are preparing to launch our Core Collection and a new line of travel accessories. We are growing quickly, and this role directly contributes to our regional and international expansion.
Role Description This is a freelance/contract B2B Sales Consultant role, ideal for UAE-based professionals who want to earn a fixed retainer plus commissions. KIND SIGMA operates as an e-commerce brand, but this role is field-driven: you will visit retailers in the UAE to present our products, while conducting remote outreach to retailers in Europe. Your mission:Expand wholesale distribution of The Origin Collection Secure pre-orders and stocking deals for the upcoming Core Collection
Qualifications B2B sales experience in sunglasses or fashion accessories (mandatory) Warm network in UAE/EU optical market is a strong advantage Strong communication and negotiation ability Comfortable with cold calling and field sales Fluent in English UAE driving license + own vehicle preferred CRM experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities Conduct remote cold outreach (calls + email) to optical retailers and boutiques in the UAE and Europe Perform in-person store visits within the UAE to showcase samples Build relationships with buyers and key decision-makers Maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners Report market trends, retailer feedback, and competitor activity Manage lead pipelines and organise follow-up cycles
Compensation This is a freelance/independent contractor position. We offer:Monthly Retainer: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000Uncapped commissions on new accounts + recurring orders High autonomy and flexible scheduling Performance-based opportunity for expanded responsibilities Candidates must already hold a valid UAE residency visa (employment, freelance, or spouse visa).
